Engine Silk Gear Manual Transmission Additive
Boron CLS Bond Gear Operation has been developed for use in all gearboxes, manual transmissions, manual trans axles. Boron CLS Bond is formulated with esters and their derivatives developed in #6 synthetic based oil complete with boron - anti oil and anti - corrosion formulation.
It is designed to provide high temperature resistance for the protection of synchromesh and gears.

More power:
1- It transmits the horsepower produced by the engine to the wheels without loss and reduces the wear response.
2-Provides better viscosity properties for less power loss by agitating the gear oil.
 


Less Operating Temperatures:
1-Reduces rotational and sliding friction in gears.
2-Reduces the friction between the shaft bearing and the rotating elements on it and their counterparts.
3-Increases the heat transfer of the oil to the transmission watermelon and the outside of the gearbox.
 



Longer Equipment Life:

Economy:
1-For the life of the system, it is sufficient to use 1 box of Gear Flued per 5 liter gearbox.
2-It saves lost time by prolonging the time of changing gear oil.
3- While increasing the power, it reduces the energy cost.
              



Method of Application:               
Gearboxes can get hot. This high temperature can go beyond the protection limits of the used oil and oxidizes the used oil.
A sulfur odor may occur at this time. Boron CLS Bond protects against combined carbon, lacquer and sludge deposited in extreme environments, while reducing operating temperatures and eliminating sulfur odor. Boric Oxide coating is not affected by heat and does not oxidize.
